The room was amazing, some of the best views we have ever had in a hotel, was absolutely spotless and had great amenities. Somerset Schönbrunn Vienna
Road noise disturb sleep, arrived late in evening and no instruction in how to enter. Staff sent an email whilst we were out and 30minutes later locked us out of our room!
