"We requested a very early check-in after a grueling, sleepless, 17-hour train ride, & the Rafael team did everything in their power to make sure we had a bed ready to go the moment we arrived in the city. They were super friendly & accommodating, we loved the room & neighborhood. Could not have been happier with our stay."

"Lovely high ceilings with arched supports made this below grade apartment feel very spacious. Multiple high windows onto the quiet street added to the charm. Great bathroom and shower. Fantastic location!"

"Nice location, beautiful views from window, and a beautiful property. The best part were the views from the living room and the kitchen. However, the building was empty on the weekend, and in the absence of a local reception, we didn’t know how to contact anyone in case if we needed help. "Property as described, great location. Was able to walk most places or easy uber ride. Did not use public transport but there was easy access everywhere. Just pay attention to the access information when you get it. The front door lock can be a little tricky but if you read the directions they send you it’s very easy. Great response from host when had a couple questions. "

Am nächsten Tag bei der Rezeption habe ich den Vorfall dann gemeldet, mir wurde gesagt wahrscheinlich ein anderer Gast, von meiner Seite angesprochen wie...
