The staff are wonderful - incredibly helpful and kind! The property itself, however, I was less thrilled with. The hotel seemed to be half empty and yet when we checked in, we were given an outdated room on the lowest floor without a balcony, facing the entry way with high noise transfer. Surely there was another, somewhat similar room we could have stayed in on a different floor.

It was a great place to stay. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t running as that was one of the main reasons we booked that specific hotel. Otherwise is was great
