"I loved being so close to the beach and town Everything was within walking distance- including the grocery store, seafront walk, shops, restaurants. We had a balcony facing the water amazing view and sunrise. There were some plantings and grass on the grounds so it wasn't all concrete or ashphalt . There has been an effort to keep it beautiful, small, friendly and manageable. idk how long the site can stay like this but I LOVED it. So much better than a gargantuan chain hotel. "The windows in our room were so dirty that it was hard to see the view. The rug was thread bear and had a hole that had been poorly repaired with the rug pad showing through . The gardens may have been lovely in years gone by but clearly aren’t getting any attention now. For almost $400 Canadian/ night I would expect more attention to detail and care for this beautiful old home. I won’t return"

"I booked this accommodation for my parents while they were visiting from out of province. They absolutely loved their stay at Woodside Farm Country Inn!! They thought the interior design was incredible and loved the antiques. They raved about how pristine it was. Mom loved the deep soaker tub. They said breakfast was delicious. They’re excited to book a stay there again in the future!"

"I was expecting a lot more for the price. While the cleaning staff were wonderful and helpful, the front desk team was pretty standoffish. We were not able to use the fire pits or the boat rentals during our stay. Overall this did not live up to the price point."
