"Hotel is situated in the downtown of Victoria Falls. Price and room facility are reasonable while the staff is reall helpful when they helped managing for local contact during my accident (ankle twist). Really appreciated their service mind and help (providing me the balm for my ankle). There is a minimart on the 1st floor so it is conveniece for you to buy something you may need. Really love staff/people there!"

When we realized that we mistakenly booked a room with one bed instead of two, we were moved to room with two beds and an amazing view of the Smoke and Thunder. "We enjoyed staying within the national park. Seeing animals right outside our hotel room - hippos, mongoose family, warthogs and monkeys. Quiet, safe and staff very friendly. Vacation of a lifetime! Close to Victoria Falls as well as the downtown of Victoria Falls. Close to the Cheetah and Elephant Experience (which is fantastic).
