"Location was ok. We knew about 3pm check in but were disappointed we had no access to a sitting room with a bathroom before 3pm after traveling overnight from New York. The place was nice but the floor in the bathroom stall was not clean. We didn’t get breakfast one day but were only told the reason why after we asked."

"Great hotel, spotlessly clean, quiet, great sleep, amazing air conditioning, fresh breakfast. Good location into city centre.
Needs a safe in the room, and mirror near desk & plugs for hairdryer.
Would definitely recommend, as good value, and would stay here again."

"We arrived around 12:30 from New York via Paris . Rather making us wait for the standard 4 pm check-in, the staff worked to get us into our room early so we could take a nap and later walk throughout Bordeaux without being exhausted."

"The lobby was beautiful. There was a quiet room attached for sitting plus a hotel bar. We liked the location. It was a bit of a walk into the tourist area. There are lots of good restaurants within blocks of the hotel. The front desk gives you a list. We tried several.
We were not happy with the room. We had two twin beds which took up the whole room. A small table and chairs were shoved up against the wall and bed. What we found really annoying was the lights. The only way to turn on...
