The staff at the hotel were friendly and very accommodating. We loved the variety of restaurant options and the view at breakfast looking over the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius was stunning! We found it easy to get into Sorrento via train (a 10 minute walk, followed by a 10 minute journey) and we would not hesitate to come again. A true 5 star experience!

The staff was amazing and very responsive. The location is incredibly convenient to the rail system. I cannot say how much we appreciated the front desk and restaurant staff. They were so kind. We were delayed from one of our outings due to the trail derailment on 4/17/25 and they were so kind to us when we finally got back.

I love this property! The staff is amazing. If you are worried about being too remote from Sorrento, the train is a few minutes away and is just 10 minutes to Sorrento. One of the highlights of our vacation!

Smart hotel and excellent staff. Clean. Location short walk from train station to access Pompeii and Sorrento and shuttle bus from hotel in morning and evening into local town Vico Equense which is ok but not as vibrant or charming as position or Sorrento. Quite expensive and dining options predominantly around fish dishes and a la carte pricey.

I was very impressed with the staff and the customer service at the hotel. I am extremely grateful to have found this place, as it allowed me to feel rested after leaving the crowded tourist areas. The only thing negative is that the a/c was not up to par for a 5 star hotel. Aside from that the hotel met all expectaions. The manager, Dominico went over and above what was expected. Also , all the people at the desk , especially Ida was great. Also, shout out to Simone the bartender at the pool bar🙂
