"I booked this hotel for a one night stay for my elderly dad and the flight from Atlanta always gets in at 9am and check in is usually until 3pm but I am so grateful they gave him his room right away and he did not have to wait and could catch up on his sleep before continuing his travels the next day! "Amazing hotel from multiple perspectives: 1. Rooms - spacious and beautifully designed. We stayed in room with king bed x2, and the rooms were able to be connected when asked to provide convenience. Marble all through the bathroom, large bathtub, with heated floor to provide comfort. Nice sized bed with good support with comfortable mattress + pillows providing a good night’s sleep. Block out curtains, turndown service without requesting. 2. Location - walking distance to Palaza de Mayo, close...

"Room was clean and spacious, had a mini-kitchen. WiFi worked very well. Gym was rather small, but did the job. They have heated pool that looked very nice. They offered massage, but be aware you have to book ahead of time. Staff was very nice. They let me store my suitcase for a few days after checkout, while I went exploring small towns of Patagonia."

Staff were lovely and extremely helpful, including helping us out with the taxi on arrival due to payment confusion and lack of local currency. "Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo! This was perfect for us to start our BA vacation. Leandro and Pablo were so helpful with everything including local recommendations. The decor was beautiful, the breakfast buffet is huge and lovely. We spent and afternoon ready with a glass of wine in the library. The rooms are wonderful. The best part...the shower. Amazing water pressure! Honestly, the best shower of my life!!! Cannot say enough about this hotel!"
