"The whole property was very clean. The service cleaners were always around cleaning and asking customers if they needed anything in their rooms. They were also very nice. "I love this place! Always clean, very affordable , great location, awesome staff , super cold AC and easy parking although they do charge for it. Every room is different. I stayed 4x and never the same twice. Ya never know what you'll get , adds a little fun to it."

"Booked this hotel as it was located next to universal studios. Was a great option could use the shuttle or only a 10 min walk. All the staff we interacted with were great! Only down side was the weird tiling on the shower floor. Hurts the feet a bit !"
