El hotel muy agradable

Todo muy bien el trato sobretodo del personal lo recalcó ya que son muy amables. El único pero es que en nuestra habitación olía mucho a tabaco al entrar se lo dijimos a la chica que limpia y ella muy amable lo intento remediar aunque aún así olía . En eso no culpo al hotel si no a la gente que fuma dentro de una habitación de hotel .

Não recomendo para ninguém que quer um hotel 4 est

O hotel não tem NADA de 4 estrelas…. O atendimento totalmente impessoal e indiferente pelo Luiz. O quarto pequeno, sem tomadas de cabeceira, hall de entrada horrível. Fica ao lado de um centro comercial que na verdade é um conjunto poliesportivo…longe de tudo. Solicitei um mapa e simplesmente me disse que eu tinha que ir na INFORMAÇÃO… NÃO RECOMENDO!!!!!!

Very satisfied.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was another very good stay. Staff are excellent, the room is spacious and has the benefit of being a dog friendly hotel. Overall a positive stay.
