The staff was extremely accommodating, the breakfast was absolutely the best we have experienced (fresh fruit and vegetables including ginger for the juicer, even), the art decor remarkable and the room clean and well-appointed. The location - literally two blocks from the M2 metro, surrounded by many restaurants, basically on the canal and within a reasonable walk to the Duomo - is perfect. Highly recommended."

Don't be deterred by distance from Centrale station, this place is about 3 minutes from the M2 line which is a straight shot to the main rail station and Duomo."

"An amazing place to stay if you are visiting Milan for a short break. 11 stops on the tube directly from the airport to the hotel. The Tube stop is a 3 minute walk from the hotel location! 15 minute walk to the centre where the cathedral is, and 15 minutes to Navalgi where the night life is. Absolutely perfect. Clean and spacious. Take your own iron though!"

"Convenient location near metro and tram stops and close to Navigli district. Apartment has clean and modern decor and a small roof terrace overlooking Milan. The kitchen and bathroom are well designed to make the most of the space. The sofa bed isn’t very comfortable and the air conditioning struggled to keep the apartment cool in the height of Summer, but overall a good place to stay."

"This property is located beside the canal with lots of dining options nearby. The canal is full of nightlife, but the apartment is very quiet. There is an elevator for easy access. Everyone is extremely helpful. Although you cannot normally drive directly to the door, in the morning you can drive into the walk beside the canal and unload baggage. Taxi can also take you to the front door to load or unload luggage in the morning when traffic is light."

"We had a great stay at the Casale apartment! The unit is exactly as represented, clean and updated, safe and secure (and great A/C). The staff was excellent and easy to communicate with, they provided some really nice extras to make the stay great. Location is perfect in the heart of Navigli, it's down a side street, a 2 minute walk to the center of everything, a 1 minute walk to a metro station and tram stop just around the corner. "Location and size of the apartment were great, and it was nice to have a fill size refrigerator. However, maintenance wasn't great: the closet door was broken when I arrived (it was repaired during my stay), a chair had a broken leg, and the remotes for the air conditioners were intermittent (low battery?) Also the floor was quite dirty - I wasn't comfortable walking around without shoes. "
