"we stayed from May 1 to May 4 2026. The room was clean. The hotel is next to Uffizz, a short walk to Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, and many more. Close to awesome restaurants. We were upgraded to a suite. When we got to the room we were surprised with free tshirts. The room was a good size with separate sitting area. The shower was awesome with plenty of water pressure. Toilets flushed, no problems. The room amenities were awesome, robes, slippers, lush towels, free water, we had chocolates when we arrived to our room in the evening. The toiletries were luxury. The breakfast was good with a good selection. The staff were awesome. There were 2 issues, the view from our room but not a deal breaker. The smell coming from the bathroom, even with diffuser is very unpleasant at times. The plumbing system in Florence is old, the hotel tries its best to mask it. Air conditioning was great. The way to our room was a little confusing but we mastered it ☺️. "

"Words can't express! The place is a MUST stay. Friendly staff, clean and gorgeous place. Really great and COMPLETE breakfast. And the location across the train station. Really convenient."

"la habitacion tenia un olor molesto, nos quedamos solo dos noches y estabamos todo el dia recorriendo la ciudad por lo que no tenia sentido pedir el cambio. Además no tenia ducha. sino que un jacuzzi, al ducharnos parados el baño se llenaba de agua. Por último, se me quedó el adaptador de mi cargador en la habitación (enchufado en el velador), teniamos vuelo más tarde, asi que me quedé un rato en el lobby. Al consultar en recepción me indicaron que no encontraron el adaptador (12 euros me costo uno nuevo en el aeropuerto). Lo bueno es la ubicación, esta muy bien localizado en la entrada de la todas las atracciones de la florencia antigua, al lado del tranvia y la estacion de trenes. Y el desayuno era de buena calidad con harta variedad."

"Would definitely not rate this above a 2 star hotel. Room was dark and dingy, paint chipped and tons of marks on the walls. Went to breakfast and decided to skip it when we saw what it was. The location is fantastic. If you are looking for a room that could sleep 4, this is a good choice. I didn’t like that keys were just left in a bowl on the front desk, clearly marked with you room number on it and no attendant at the desk… not sure what stops anyone from taking a different key and entering your room. If I was a woman traveling alone I would have been extremely uncomfortable."

"The place was acceptable, nothing spectacular. Be prepared you may need to climb three floors. The location is good. The room size is OK. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Be also prepared to smell an intense sewer smell in the bathroom and deal with mosquitoes. The whole experience was not terrible but I wouldn't stay in this hotel again."
