Very poor and rude customer service and apartment lacking basic amenities So first of all booked Ocean view apartment and they decided to change it and give me City view apartment, there pretty noisy; it’s sad that Expedia ke giving this option and customer service says it’s upto then who will get it! Expedia app is not convenient to use for communicating with the property, and the app also prevented exchange of email addresses (which would have been much more convenient once we were on the road and working from mobile phones). Also, I have contacted this number oit of whatsapp due to the popr internet coonnection and they did not answered it at all. "This was a Gem! We had a 2 bedroom on the top floor. It was So cozy and comfortable. Beautifully furnished and decorated.
