I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the room was very spacious and clean with a lovely view of the Adige river. The reception staff were exemplary, nothing was too much trouble for them and I was always greeted with a warm smile. Their professionalism was outstanding. I would not hesitate in staying here again.

This property is advertised as 2 star but is definitely 3 at a minimum. Our apartment was virtually brand new and in immaculate condition! Great view from the balcony and the staff were all very friendly! Transport to the city centre is available right outside and I'd definitely recommend staying here - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Quiet neighbourhood, spacious rooms

The room was spacious and had a nice, large balcony. Great for enjoying coffee and breakfast in the morning. The bed was firm, but comfortable. The pillows is too hard, could be softer. A little bit of food smell from other rooms when they cooked food in the room. The bus stops right outside the hotel, but stops going after 9 pm. Walking is possible also, takes about 30 minutes from old town.

Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming to help with directions, suggestions, and transportation. Facility and room was very clean. Nice size room. Any extra requests came with a frown. Asked for 3 pillows because the pillows in the room were very thin. I was provided one pillow and felt he was inconvenienced. Stayed at the hotel for 7 days. Requested 3 new towels. Was told it would be $5 per towel from the gentleman at the door. Overall I would stay again because the place was very clean with a nice living space. The female staff were excellent at the front desk.

Amazing flat/hotel

We stayed in this residence for 10 days. Amazing modern clean flat with a modern kitchen, balcony and the best amazing friendly staff.... So helpful and smiley.... So kind.... We felt like at home. We couldn't find anything wrong in this residence. It was perfect!! If you need a good comfortable place to stay for a few nights or more. This is the place. 1 km from the center by walk and just near the river. Thank you a lot!!!

Veldig lite imøtekommende resepsjonister. Sa verken hei eller hadet når man kom. Dårlig utvalg på frokosten. Kom kl 925 og mye var tomt og ble ikke fylt på. Harde senger, flate puter. Generelt dårlig inntrykk. Lå ikke i sentrum, minst 2km for å komme inn til "noe" av verdi.

Ich war jetzt zum wiederholten Mal in der Residence (dieses Mal 5 Tage), es war jedesmal ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Zimmer mit Küche sehr sauber, alles bestens eingerichtet, alles funktioniert. Ruhige Umgebung, tadellose Klimatisierung und großzügiges Parkangebot. Wir sehen uns wieder.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig. Parkmöglichkeiten waren auch gut. Der Spaziergang am Fluss entlang in die Innenstadt von Verona dauert ca. 25 Minuten. Wir können Residence all'Adige nur empfehlen und würden hier immer wieder übernachten, wenn wir in Verona sind.
