A stay with a real wow factor. Staying in the courtyard looking across at Juliet’s balcony is a real wow. The apartment just adds to this with beautiful decor and a host you wish would be there at every hotel. Great night, great stay in a beautiful city.

I cannot commend and recommend this property highly enough. Perfectly situated for all parts of Verona and on foot manageable even with a gammy ankle! Do not be put off by the proximity of Juliet's Balcony as it is only accessible to the public 0900-1900 and after that it is very peaceful despite being near a very busy thoroughfare. The facilities within the apartment were very good and the quantity and quality of the breakfast provide were superb.

Very Special

Finding that the hotel was actually in Juliette's courtyard was a nice surprise. We booked the Laviana and had an amazing view to the courtyard, Juliette's statue, and the balcony. The room was very spacious and comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfast was typical Italian meat and cheese that you make yourself, but still satisfying. Michaela made us feel welcome when we arrived and had several great recommendations for site seeing and restaurants.

Magical stay in Verona

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in the Lavinia room. There were four of us (two adults, two teens) and the accommodations were extremely spacious and clean. Everything looked like the photos in the listing - the sofa bed was even larger than we expected, and my kids found it very comfortable. The bathroom was large and had the best shower we experienced in Italy. Everything was extremely clean. Michela patiently waited to greet us upon arrival after our train from Venice was delayed. She was so helpful and offered suggestions for restaurants. Food for breakfast is restocked every day and was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Having the courtyard to ourselves in the evening and early morning was magical, and being able to enter the courtyard without waiting on the hour long line outside was a huge perk. The city itself is fabulous and we also spent a day visiting Lake Garda.

So we did not quite know what to expect. This was a fully furnished apartment… not a hotel. The only caution is that it is literally in Juliet’s courtyard… so map it out before you’d you will fight a crowd with your luggage getting in…. Michela will be there to greet you, and from that moment all is good. The room is soundproofed, and the gates are lived at 7 PM giving you private access to the courtyard. You will have a key to get in and out, so don’t worry. The apartment is stocked with breakfast supplies. Taxi service is a little tricky, but Michela will help. Overall… great stay, and we highly recommend.

I cant fault our stay here. It exceeded our expectations and was by far our best hotel during our visit to Italy, all of which were same star rating. The facilities in the apartment were exceptional, and a lovely variety of breakfast foods and coffees. Beautifully furnished, with great attention to detail. We will definitely be looking at staying in the apartment on our next visit to fair Verona

Melhor localização para ficar em Verona

Acredito que seja o melhor lugar para ficar em Verona, pois a entrada para o apartamento é dentro do quintal onde tem a estátua da Julieta. Outra vantagem é que o quinta abre as 9 da manhã e fecha as 19h (em novembro de 2022), então fora desse horário é possível descer e tirar todas as fotos sem outros turistas! A Michela é muito atenciosa e explica todos os pontos turísticos para visitar. O apartamento é impecável e com todos os utensílios para fazer comida, além de ter o café da manhã incluso com variedades. Ficamos no apartamento com vista para a rua e não para o quintal com a estátua, o que achamos melhor porque dá pra sair nas duas sacadas com vista para a área e ver o movimento. As portas das sacadas são anti-ruído, então o barulho da rua não atrapalha

This is a dream come true stay! You’re in the courtyard of Juliets balcony, after hours you have it to yourself. The nice lady who checked us in was very accommodating and called us a taxi when leaving. I will be coming back for many years.

ROOM FACES THE BALCONY

2 adults, one teen for xmas 3 day stay. Michela met us and took us to the apartment. She was very good at explaining everything about the apt., the area, things to see, etc. The apt. is how it is pictured, perfect for 2-4 people, the room faces the Romeo Balcony. Everything was perfect. Breakfast also great, which you prepare in your apt at your own leisure. One tiny drawback, the crowds can be noisy if you want to nap in the afternoon. But I use earplugs so no problems whatsoever. Definately a thumbs up.

Great property to stay while in Verona. It's definitely a treat to have the courtyard to ourselves after the gates closes at 7:30 pm. Micheala has been very helpful with restaurant suggestions. The only thing to consider is not to check in later than 9pm, we got charged for 30 euro because we were few minutes late. So if you are landing in Venice or any other city make sure you have enough time to arrive before 9pm. Other than that, the place is a true treat.
