Checking in is difficult as needed cell phone access with data.
Air conditioner was inadequate.
Shower did not drain properly which led to water spread on tiles.
The key for front door was broken and not replaced which then required a cell phone entry and of course additional cost for data.
I liked the uniquely renovated apartment in an old building. Well done and clean. Although the apartment was just on the other side of the bridge leading to the old city, we were still within walking distance of the tourist attractions there.
These are some of the things I was not pleased with: Entering the building was not an issue but once inside, the instructions on getting the keys from the mailbox should have been more clear on how to pull-open the mailbox door. The lighting set-up was a bit confusing. Turning on lights was not straight forward as would be expected and there was no bedside lamp in the second bedroom as the ambient lighting was inadequate. There was no complimentary coffee or tea which would have been nice. The wifi password was incorrect and therefore we were unable to connect to wifi. Finally, the bathroom faucet was loose, the bathroom sink was slow in draining and the frosted bathroom door was scraping the slate tiles which require maintenance.
