This hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Maybe at one point in time but 2 star would be more than generous. The beds are uncomfortable, the carpets are old and shabby and the bathrooms are tiny with mould growing in the shower. The fixtures and fittings are tired and need replacing. The only saving grace is the staff. Every single one of them is friendly, chatty and very helpful. They went over and above!

Very nice hotel, very good quality and customer satisfaction. Quite far from Verona Downtown but is easy to park the car, there are a lot of parking at low cost

Staff at the hotel super friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble to assist us. Special thank you to Mara who recovered our bag that we left at the local bus stop Would recommend the breakfast which had a great selection of different foods

The accommodation is very nice, about 15-20 minutes drive from Verona's Arena. We had our own car, so this was not a problem. Just consider this, when taking the decision of staying at this Best Western.

Im großen und ganzen alles super. Gutes Hotel, gute Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück und super Personal das einzige was sehr ungewöhnlich ist das genau vor dem Hoteleingang eine Tankstelle steht.

Hotel situato a 5 Min di auto dal centro commerciale "Le Corti Venete". Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ampio parcheggio; colazione molto variegata e di qualità. Unica pecca la camera: un po' vecchia e piccola e il bagno piccolo.

Buona pausa durante un viaggio.

Abbiamo preso una camera per una notte durante una sosta di un viaggio di due giorni e per questo servizio andava bene. La zona è abbastanza tranquilla alla periferia di Verona. La colazione a buffet abbondante e di qualità molto buona.
