Room seemed clean, toilet ran all night needs parts, bed had pit in it you roll to center, I wish all hotels quit adding flour to scrambeld eggs and serve horrible sausage. Staff was great

Hyatt Place Madison Downtown
Excellent service by Matteo both at check in and and later in the evening when we ordered food and drinks. He was friendly, easy to talk to and remained kind even when other staff seemed stressed out.
