"We had a wonderful stay overall—the hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable in so many ways. The only issue we experienced was when I got locked out and needed a key. At that time, there was no one at the front desk. I noticed the on-duty staff member sitting in the restaurant just next to the lobby, but instead of helping right away, she asked me to wait.
