Great location with an easy access to restaurants, shopping and markets. Room was spacious, spotless and comfortable with a beautiful view too. Spa area clean and comfortable, services are limited we enjoyed it nonetheless. Great breakfast. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Overall we received excellent service and experience.

Everything about this property is perfect! It’s impeccably clean and aesthetically beautiful. The staff are warm and attentive, and the welcome note and locally made bread in our room really made our check in fantastic after a long day of traveling. The breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had, so don’t skip out on that! The location can’t be beat as it’s centrally located in the center of town. The train station is a five minute walk, and the spa in the sixth floor was great! We will be back!!

Beautiful hotel in the premium to luxury segment, modern room, splendid design, quality, the bed was amazing and the staff so courteous, friendly and warm in every possible way. Breakfast was a delight, same goes for dinner at Mochi on the 6th floor of the hotel. Highly recommend when visiting Bolzano/Bozen and yes, literally everything in the city is nearby reachable on foot like the Waltherpark itself, but also the historic city, the architecture, the splendid Bozener Dom, the market stalls, a delight surrounded by the Dolomites. The hotel is only 5 minutes walking distance from the central train station. My take, The Falkensteiner was a wonderful choice and yes, I would want to stay again when visiting this beautiful part of our world. Thank you. Grazie Mille.

My girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast. She is not a breakfast person, but enjoyed it at Falkensteiner. The immediate area around the Hotel is full of shopping and dining options. It’s basically at the center of the town. Excellent value!

Overall great experience. Great hotel with great spa and an extraordinary restaurant. The area nonetheless currently is noisy, as there are several construction sites nearby. Some of the work continue during night times.

Luxury breakfast, including eggs Benedict, albeit served cold. Not much of a view from our premium room. Just the office building opposite. Walking to the hotel, there’s no sign from the sidewalk identifying the front door. Rather it’s identified as a Japanese restaurant.

No air conditioner for 3 nights, and I understand that the hotel is under construction, but my son was almost run over by a car coming out of the construction site. The person in charge of stopping the cars to let them out does not check if people are walking on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. I had to shout and throw myself in front of the car to make it stop; otherwise, the story could have ended very differently. This is unacceptable.
