Excellent Hotel fantastic room Excellent service the staff couldn’t do enough for us we enjoyed all of the facilities the sauna and hot tub on our terrace with amazing views of the Alps Free ample parking Though the restaurant was closed on our arrival the young lady on the desk brought us a cold platter and drinks . The room was equipped with a fully stocked bar and coffee machine

Extremely polite and helpful receptionists and breakfast personelle! Very extensive and customizable breakfast and variations I haven't tried before. Definitely was a 5 star experience! Would gladly come back. Travelling with a child was also made very easy.

L'hôtel est bien situé, au calme, le personnel au top; le petit déjeuner est complet, en revanche l'hôtel à besoin d'être rénové intérieur et extérieur; ne mérite pas 5 étoiles ! Trace de moisissure à l'intérieur, robinets à l'ancienne (pas de mitigeur), odeur d'égout, à l'extérieur les ossatures des bancs sont rouillés, la partie en bois pourrie...

Mit etwas Mühe, wäre es ein tolles Hotel

Fangen wir mit dem Positiven an: Es gab genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Eigentlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit, aber leider schaffen es die wenigsten Hotels. Um beim Bad zu bleiben: der Knauf an der Duschtür fehlte, der Brausekopf liess sich nich befestigen, der Fön jaulte wie ein Standmixer. Am Bett gab es keine Steckdosen. Wenn man Frühstücken wollte, muss man mindestens eine Stunde einplanen. Auch wenn nur ein weiterer Tisch belegt war, dauerte es rd. 20 Minuten bis der Kaffee kam, dann der Rest. Und das jeden Morgen. Das Zimmer wurde leider nicht täglich gemacht. Es ist ein schönes, gemütliches Hotel. Ein toller Garten. Wenn man morbiden Charme mag, kann man sich wirklich wohlfühlen. Aber warum gibt man sich beim Service und der Beseitigung von Mängeln nicht etwas Mühe? Schade!

Keine Ahnung, warum dieses Hotel eine so gute Bewertung hat. Wahrscheinlich war es mal gut bis 2018 oder so. Bis dahin hatten sie auch ein paar Aufkleber von Routard oder einer der anderen Organisationen, die Aufkleber zum Anbringen am Eingang vergeben. Das Zimmer was sauber und das Bett bequem, die Dame am Empfang war auch freundlich. Ansonsten könnte man gerne mal renovieren und die Holzböden von Treppen, Terrassen und die Geländer erneuern, die gleich mal den ersten nicht so guten Eindruck vermitteln. Aber gut. Das Schlimmste war eigentlich das Restaurant. Viel Brimborium und überbeflissenes Personal, das den Eindruck vermitteln möchte, dass man sich hier gourmetmässig im oberen Segment befindet. Ist nur leider gar nicht so. Der Wolfsbarsch „sehr“ fischig, Das Fleisch vom Spanferkel, dass sich im Video so schön vor der Flamme am Spieß dreht, war mit etwas gutem Willen vielleicht zähes Schweinemedaillon. Die Waldpimzsuppe… bof… da fällt einem nicht mehr viel ein. Keine Ahnung wer bei dem Essen den Chateau Lafiitte von 1954 für 40.000€, der auf der Karte steht auch nur ansatzweise genießen könnte. Naja, wahrscheinlich hat dieser Wein seine beste Zeit eh hinter sich. Auf das Vergnügen von Desert, Kaffee und in der Filge das Geben von Trinkgeld haben wir dann gerne verzichtet.

Das angeschlossene Restaurant bietet gehobene Küche zu fairen Preisen Nach Meran und Bozen sind es über Serpentinenstrasse jeweils ca. 40 Min. Meine Frau und ich hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt.
