"Awful hotel with very unhygienic room. Bed was stained, wiring was faulty and there were bodily fluids smeared on the wall. I had to leave and rebook at a new hotel immediately. Hotels.Com are refusing me a refund for this terrible experience and have been no help in resolving the issues."
"Cleanliness okay. Very poor service in the restaurant. I requested packed breakfast to Mr Prem. He did not take interest with the result food packed was below standard with considerable health risk and I had to throw the food in the dustbin"
