"2nd time at a ITC in India. I definitely recommend staying here or any other establishment. Great service, they accommodate any language. They speak great English. Make sure to tip the hard workers. We tourists can always do better. I love India"
"Cleanliness okay. Very poor service in the restaurant. I requested packed breakfast to Mr Prem. He did not take interest with the result food packed was below standard with considerable health risk and I had to throw the food in the dustbin"
