We had a lovely weekend away at Le Rosay. Staff, rooms, cleanliness were top notch. They texted to ask if we were celebrating anything special before our arrival. I mentionned it was for our anniversary and they left a beautiful heart display on the bed. The attention to detail was phenominal. Perfect way to relax for a weekend. We're already planning to be back! Highly recommend!

Expérience exemplaire du début à la fin! Personnel courtois et attentionné! On communique avec nous par rexto avant le séjour pour proposer des attentions spécialer et répondre à nos questions sur le matériel disponible et les activités/resto de la région. Réponses rapides! J'ai jamais vu un service aussi personnalisé et dévoué! Vraiment bravo, vous vous démarquez!! Le resto Sandbar juste en face est délicieux et la vue sur le lac est majestueuse. Absolutely wonderful Looking forward to going back
The place looks absolutely wonderful. It's an immense upgrade from the previous establishment ! They made it super cute kind of like the June hotel. It's super well down. It felt like everything was good quality. We appreciated the attention to details. They even left a hand written note which takes 5 seconds to make but makes it that much more special and personalized. The scent everywhere in the buildint is so lovely. It smells fresh and delicate. We went during the off season for the area so there weren't many options for food but we were lucky enough that the local small grocery store had a few good options for our first night and breakfast. We went to the Greg restaurant nearby the next night and it was devine. The quality of the food was superior to our expectations ! We went there as a couple get away to relax and take it easy. We absolutely got that. We stayed in the room the whole time we were there and it was wonderful ! We will certainly repeat this experience !

The room itself was fabulous: clean, beautiful, modern. We really enjoyed the solarium. The real issue was the breakfast. It was described as locally-source products. A detailed description, both seen at the front desk and in the room included piece of Gouda, granolas and apple oatmeal cookie. None of these were included in the box. Everything came from a grocery store. No gouda, apple cookie or granola. We asked the day before to get these for our breakfast, the front desk agent told us it would be ready by 8h30am. When I came by at 9am, I was told by the same person our breakfast box were not ready, they needed to put them together. We've been told our breakfast would be $15 for 2 people, but I'm pretty sure we were charged $15 each. The breakfast was really not worth it.

Gemütliches kleines Hotel ohne jegliche gastronomische Leistung. Fast direkt am See gelegen, viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Der Fitnessraum besteht nur noch aus Fragmenten, die Zimmerreinigung musste angefordert werden.

Great Place to Stay
We needed a place to stay on our return from NY to Maine. This was a perfect place to recharge. In fall this is a quiet lake resort town with a few restaurants and nice walking paths along Lake Champlain. The hotel is exceptionally clean and modern decor. The staff was were fluent in English and saved me from my poor French. Truly a well kept secret destination for many locals.

No place to open one’s suitcase on a stand, for example. Lack of drawer space for extended stays would be a drawback. Proximity to the lake is hard to beat. Very well kept establishment.
