"The balcony and room were great. The hot tub wasn’t even warm which was a main reason we chose this hotel."

"Poor attention, terrible service—it seems the gentleman at the front desk was having a bad day!!"

"The room was as described, clean and no complaints at all. Staff was helpful and nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The only complaints would be the pool is not heated as advertised. Its actually colder then the ocean. I complained on day 1 and she said maintenance would look at it and it wasn't heated the next day either. "Clean and nice to have non carpet floors. Bathrooms were spotless. Some parts of the property needed updating (elevators had seen better days exterior wise...I felt safe riding it). Otherwise, exceptional!"

"Had coffee machine in room, but no coffee in room. Breakfast was good. Flavored and different coffees was excellent"

Unfortunately, the alarm continued to sound throughout the entire night and no one came to fix the problem. It was so loud that it overpowered the sound of the extremely loud air conditioner in our room. Needless to say we could not get any sleep."

"Check-in was super easy, and the room was decently cleaned. Great location convenient to a lot of places. No issues there. The murphy bed was uncomfortable, and our refrigerator didn’t work after we bought groceries. The property referred us to an after hours number that didn’t help at all. We figured out how to fix it ourselves after a lot of researching. The property didn’t seem to be concerned because they didn’t write back again until the next day and never came to check on it. We...
