"Our stay was pleasant. The apartment was really nice and spacious. The staff at the frontdesk were very kind and helpfull. The only downside was that nobody came and cleaned the apartment throughout our entire stay. We even asked for clean linnens because our baby spilled milk on our bed. But we never received them or even heard anything back from the host."

" Once arrived the security guard had no clue. We had to show our paid reservation. After one hour finally someone asked for ID passports, they were provided and nothing else. Finally we got the keys to the apt. The apt is so unfriendly; no welcome note, no instructions; had no cable service, and NO wife for the whole stay. We communicated with the host and had no returns.
