"If you walked anywhere. You'd get your exercise in. As the building is on a hill. But most of the areas are in the city. There's security to check guests in and out. A gate parking area. My unit had a very nice view of the mountains. The shower was a bit small trying to get in and out the glass door was always a task. There was issues with the wifi and TV may need to be upgraded or the service to get more channels and streaming services"

"5 Stars – Exceptional Stay at Novotel Medellín! From the moment I arrived at Novotel Medellín, I was impressed by the sleek, modern design and the warm hospitality from the staff. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and I felt genuinely welcomed. My room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern touches and a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable—perfect for both work and streaming. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet: a fresh, delicious spread of local fruits, pastries, eggs, and Colombian coffee that’s hard to beat. The on-site restaurant also serves great meals throughout the day, with excellent service and a relaxing ambiance. The location is perfect—close to El Poblado and within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and nightlife, yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. I also loved the rooftop pool and fitness center, both of which offered amazing views of the city and mountains.
