Rooms were nice and clean. The staff very friendly. Unfortunately the cafeteria service is only available until 3:00 pm. Even though there is a restaurant that opens for dinner the menu may not please all guests. Some times you are not ready for a fancy dinner.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, located in a nice and quiet area. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good, with plenty of options. The hotel is within walking distance of a large mall, though the walk is uphill — so definitely wear comfortable sneakers.

I had an excellent stay at Blue Suites Medellín. The hotel is in a quiet, safe part of El Poblado, and everything about my experience felt smooth and well taken care of. What really stood out was the staff — every single person I interacted with was genuinely kind, attentive, and accommodating. They were always willing to help with anything I needed, and they made the entire stay feel welcoming. My room was consistently spotless. Housekeeping did an amazing job every day, keeping everything clean, organized, and comfortable without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to find a place where the service feels this consistent and thoughtful. Overall, Blue Suites Medellín exceeded my expectations.
