The hotel is right at the middle of all the actions e.g. bars, restaurants, nightclubs etc. It’s in a very safe area in Barrio Provenza in El Poblado. The room is so spacious. All the staff are so friendly and willing to help. The hotel is so clean. I recommend Hotel Provenza Garden and I would definitely come back to stay here if I come to Medellin.

The hotel does not have a parking garage as the street it is on is pedestrians only. Recommend when you check in to use the valet and then move the car to one of the local parking garages.

El hotel me encantó. El lugar en el que esta ubicado excelente, el personal le doy 20/10 desde el que te recibe en recepcion, la chica del desayuno y el personal de limpieza son magnificos!!! Lo unico que NO me gusto es la cama demasiado dura termine con dolor de espalda. Solo por esta razon le quito una estrella. Creo q deben cambiar esas camas.

La ubicación es inmejorable, fue lo que más me gustó. La atención del staff fue súper buena, muy atentos en todo momento. Lo único que no me gustó para nada fueron las camas, son extremadamente duras, salí con dolor de espalda de mi estadía, a mi amigo le dolían las costillas de lo mal que dormía. Ojalá puedan mejorar eso porque el hotel tiene muchísimo potencial
