"It was a very bad experience. When I fist arrived at the front desk, the woman attending was very stubborn as she would not book me in, even though I pre-paid at Expedia, unless I had my passport. However, I did have my passport card and a copy of my passport and I tried several times to explain to her that I had all the information; but to no avail. They did not budge at all! "The rooms were very clean, and the staff was polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The only drawback was that the hotel does not have elevators. After a long day of walking, climbing the stairs can be exhausting. I would also suggest adding fans to the rooms, as it can get a little muggy at night.
