La vida hermosa

Loved the beach front hotel was great and the staff was awesome. Five step walk to the sand. The room was clean and private. You can breakfast with fresh eggs, fruit, pastries down the street and there’s even horses nearby. Ask the hotel manger about PANCHO SILLAS pony rides. Great way to end the vacation. Considering the reasonable price, this hotel delivered excellent value. Enjoyed the breakfast, access to the beach, the horse back riding, and even got a complimentary late checkout. Worth every penny? Absolutely!

I give this property a 4/10 there was so many mosquitoes inside the house because the bathroom window was left open . I don’t like the location of the property and it was noisy being woke up by contractors. The pool was not open even tho online it said it was. I would never stay there again. I booked for the whole weekend Thursday - Sunday but I left early on Friday I couldn’t take getting ate up by the mosquitoes.

I got scammed from my visit, I talked to the owner and they blocked me from making contact with them, they refused to refund me the money.. I text him Multiple times and all he was worried was about maintenance fees. I wasn’t in in PR yet. When I went to the location there is caution signs in the backyard. I contacted Expedia and they also told them they are declining my request for my money .

First of all property has no parking spaces. If you’re coming with kids be very careful parking in front of property because cars come flying. Do not believe that they have a pool in property they just want you to book and tell you is under constructions after you pay property. That’s what happened to us. I when for vacation with my family after booking this property through Expedia and having a 6 night stay found out had no in ground pool . Then they tell you there will be a $111.00 dollars for housekeeping fee they will knock on your door at anytime of the night same night you get there to collect cleaning fee when you haven’t even finish your stay. And tell you about it after you get to property. Who ever I talked to I don’t know if it was property manager owner don’t know who it was but he was cursing at me over phone when I tried to explain to him Expedia had charge me already for my stay and never knew about additional charges. Very rude unprofessional customer service I even asked for extra garbage bags since I had a 6 night stay he told me they had put 2 bags I couldn’t get additional garbage bags. I will tell you this property is not good for family’s coming with children not very safe and very noisy at night.
