Only negative feedback is why customers should pay to park on hotel site, this only became apparent after the booking was made so needs to be clearer."
"Quirky property with complete self check-in using codes and key boxes. Room (St Albans) roomy and bathroom well appointed. WiFi worked well. Bit of a lack of surfaces - desk would have been nice. Great location - but town is uphill! "
"Very close to the motorway and large shopping area. The breakfast included was good. There was scaffolding on the outside during our visit but interiors seemed to have been recently updated. Rooms were quiet, amenities were good and beds comfortable. Shout out to James for his help during our stay!"

"Lovely stay at this hotel. Very easy and pleasant check in, staff very polite. Absolutely ideal location, close to railway station and Harry Potter shuttle bus stop. Our room was spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. Superb breakfast with great chose. Close to railway line but the windows kept out the noise."
