"The hotel was very well air conditioned and there were always people cleaning the rooms and receptions, so it was spotless. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. The swimming pools were amazing, both indoors and outdoors. We also had the privilege of booking spa treatments, and this was the highlight of the trip. The food options were great for me and my partner who is vegetarian, with a variety of different buffet options each day. The only real frustration was with the sunbeds. If...

"Reviews and pictures for this property are VERY misleading. Hotel is old, run down and not maintained or cleaned well at all. Our room had stains, shower had mold. The buffet dinner and breakfast was edible at best. We were scheduled to stay 4 nights, checked out after the first night. We only stayed because we were so tired after traveling 20+ hours. Looking at the pool through a window, it’s very small - didn’t look at anything else outside to know."

"Loved this hotel. New clean nicest staff, amenities, and great food."

"👍"

"Keep up the good work"

"Best hotel in Ayia Nappa. Stay there every year. Hotel staff lovely and we always enjoy the breakfast, as they alway make a random Cypriot pie which we love to have with our morning coffee. See you next year!"

"Love it Always come there"

"Alles super,"

"Rooms are not cleaned only towels are changed. Carpets outside room are filthy I was scared about cockroaches. Saw rats climbing up and down the trees outside my room. Was upgraded to a sea view but the view was of trees and I was on the 1st floor (no sea was in the view) All Russians and Israeli tourists. Felt a bit out of place. Staff are friendly but hotel should be a 3 star maximum."
