Great service and large rooms, comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast with many options. The beach area and the pools were amazing. Vala restaurant too expensive compared to other restaurants we have been in the city centre. There is an issue with the elevator availability. Long waiting each time. Highly recommend.

Wedding Hotel first class !

Went for a family wedding. Would highly recommend for special occasion. The hotels wedding planner is excellent. The hotel has everything for a family holiday too. This is not a traditional five star hotel but guess it gets that status as it has everything for a family. We all had a great time. Not suitable we thought for adult only in summer time

The outdoor pools are very nice and the proximity to Nissi beach is ann advantage but it’s definitely not a 5 star hotel as presented. The dining area was unbearable because there is no AC and on the corridors as well. They charge extra and even a glass of water. The food is average at best. Definitely not worth the pricing they charge

Nice facility. Comfortable and spacious rooms, good water amusement facilities. Unacceptable dining conditions due to insufficient cooling/air-conditioning in the dining hall, and unacceptable charge for basic liquids( drinking water , for example) during Lunch and Dinner. No coolers near and around the pools ( in spite of extremely hot weather). Slippery floor due to wet areas in the corridors leading from the pool area to the lobby.

Around good experience.

We stayed in the superior room, clean, spacious and kids loved the bunk beds. Balcony was great with partial sea view. Was quite for sleeping. Fridge and hair dryer in room. Staff very friendly. Breakfast had good variety and all food was fresh. Pools were very clean (usual resort issues with people reserving sunbeds with towel and then not using then for hours) however we were always able to find at least 1 or 2 beds on the beach side to put our stuff.. Water slide good fun 1hour session twice a day. Fantastic on site beach. Plenty of showers to rinse off. Pool bar reasonably priced.

The day before our departure, I wanted to arrange a taxi for the next morning at the reception. The receptionist only replied “yes just come in the morning, there will be enough taxis outside.” Come next morning I had the porter get our suitcases from the room and he asked me whether or not i had already arranged transfer to the airport. I told bim the receptionist told us to just come for there’ll be enough taxis. The porter only said “no there are no taxis at the hotel in the morning, I will arrange one for you.” When we got outside there was literally only our arranged taxi infront of the hotel, no other taxis were waiting... I wonder how long we would have had to wait when we just went to the reception in the morning for the “waiting” taxis....better to have one arranged beforehand!

This is a great hotel We reserved a premium room (2adults with 2 children) very beautiful and updated. For the food, we reserved full board, but for next time we will reserve half board or breakfast as the restaurants in the hotel (not included in the stay) are much more delicious. Very good activities for the kids and shows. Very generous staff and accommodating. A Very special thanks to Georgia (she is the best) , she saved our vacation, she gave us a late check out for free, booked us the taxi from and to the airport, recommended places to go in the city center. Staff are very welcoming but lucky the one who gets welcomed by Georgia, she is an asset to ADAMS hotel. The kids had so much fun and we had a wonderful stay. They also welcomed us with chocolate and white wine as it was our wedding anniversary. Thank you for everything! The only thing we hated is the cleanless , the hotel should work big time on having clean rooms ( they should vaccum properly) and wipe properly the floor. This is the only negative. Please make sure to work on this. Thank you all for this great stay!
