Vonnas is this beautiful little town in France that is a hot bed of culinary excellence and the gem of the hospitality industry. Our room was lovely and well appointed. "What the listing for this charmless place doesn’t say is that (a) it’s on a noisy busy road, (b) the restaurant is not open daily and there’s nowhere eat nearby and (c) the hotel is unstaffed so any issue has to be dealt with remotely. Rooms are tiny and cell-like. "

"Nice overall. Steps to a large shopping plaza with Carrefour and other stores. Rooms are clean. There vere several beds in the room filling all corners. No elevator in the hotel, which was a problem for handicapped people (like us)"
