"Staff were super accommodating and friendly. We arrived at 5 am and the offered to turn the lights down in the lounge so we could sleep. Let us store our luggage until we could get our room and when we left for a day trip. Food was wonderful as well. "

Still outstanding complaint with Expedia which has gone unresolved for several days since making the claim. Hotel understands but did not compromise as it was Expedia’s issue. Ball still in your court Expedia customer services."

"The hotel lobby and restaurant have a charming view (water front), but the room facilities feels renovation needed, such as only one clothes hook inside the bathroom was loosened, water flowed allover after shower, toilet roll was hard to reached (80cm away)…etc. Overall, the price-performance ratio is not high enough"
