Had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, and the staff were welcoming and responsive throughout. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

My fiancé spent 2 nights in room 2C and it was great! We had a private bathroom, smart tv, and fridge! We found it very spacious and beautifully decorated! We had control of our own room temperature with a lovely AC unit. We felt like the rooms were adequately priced and very worth it. The neighbourhood is very safe and near bus stops, grocery stores and more! Thank you very much!!

My room was clean,and quiet, and had air conditioning, and a fridge. The kitchen was reasonably clean, and the host was kind enough to supply 2% milk, and she told another couple to go upstairs, through the laundry room door, to get cereal if they wanted. My bed was very comfortable, but warm mattress. This property is very easy to access transit, and navigate the city. It's about a 5 min walk from 29th Ave and knight, and there is a grocery store at 25th and knight.

I just want to say thank you so much for everything I really loved this place the room was very clean the washroom it was completely cleaned the entire house was very nice great energy the hostess were very nice friendly and very nice and amazing communication. I definitely recommend this place any time and definitely will come back any time. Thanks so much again.

Hi - Room was small but very effectively designed. It is ok for a short stay. Water, soft drinks and nibbles were a treat. Bed was comfortable and pillows good. Areas for improvement. I had to ask for instructions to get into the house as that info wasn't sent to me in advance (went to spam maybe ...suggest you get response from renters to ensure they got the info). I arrived when it was dark and there was no light by the side door so was difficult to follow instructions on opening entrance door and handle my iPhone flashlight. Same comment for opening bedroom door - it was very dark in the hallway and had to try several times for it to work. AC was good to have but was a bit loud. The common area was good except the smell of garbage was off-putting. Smell was there Friday & Saturday so maybe there isn't staff on the weekends?? Also I smelled somebody smoking ...not sure if it was a renter or a neighbour. Not a lot of places to eat or buy food in the area. I picked here because it got good reviews. Perhaps it was an off weekend for the owners but I can't give it full marks as value for the cost is off a bit.

This place couldn't be more PERFECT. Well maintained rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Ac in room big kitchen All the amenities of home. We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Neocolonial Quarters is a lovely place to stay for so many reasons. The B&B is beautifully decorated, the bed and other furniture are comfortable and it is spotless. As well Neocolonial Quarters is situated in a quiet neighborhood and close to all amenities. I highly recommend staying at Neocolonial Quarters.

The house and room were very clean, the neighborhood was also very nice and felt safe. I was very happy to have an A/C unit in my room. I felt safe as an alone traveler knowing my room lock was secure and I only knew the code to open it. I would stay here again. The only hiccup I had was not getting sent all of my check in details but was able to get in contact with someone quickly to help me out. I also was sharing the home with two other guests and one was playing music all night long one of the nights, not sure how a quiet time could be enforced there.

My experience was very good. I stayed for one week in May 2026. The place, room and the staff made me feel like home. I felt very comfortable and happy. The neighborhood was very nice, beautiful flowers around. Thank you the staff. I chat with her about soulmates/ twin flames. She is a goddess. She knows the path to create/ find the highest relationship. Great memories to travel to stay there and to meet/ chat with her 🌈

The outside property address numbers are impossible to see. The door locks need instructions for opening. I had an impossible time in the dark with a black lock, same with bedroom door. Otherwise this place is very nice. Microwave, fridge available to share. 3 rooms use the washroom and other facilities. Street parking was not a problem. Good, central location. I'd stay again
