"We wifi is terrible; I had to sit out on the balcony to have a reliable connection, use it in the pool area or on the rooftop. Inside our room it was almost useless. "The room was very clean,however the sink,toilet and bath are all in one with any separation, there wasnt any available shower caddys for a comfortable shower,also the quality of the bathing soap needs improvement. The staff is fabulous, its a family owned and managed hotel. Tam Coc is within walking distance, Trang An isnt far away and there are lots of restaurants,bars and massage parlours around. I will stay again and I can recommend this hotel to others."

But the helpful staff more than made up for it, including preparing a takeaway breakfast as we had an early morning departure, and transporting our suitcases to the main road via motorbike as the bus / pick up vans cannot drive up to the property.
