"Fabulous friendly welcome. All staff were superhappy and friendly and spoke perfect English which was extra helpful. Slept very well, comfy room, great balcony and great location. Would recommend. Only downside, no air con, which made it difficult at night. "

"Nice hotel convenient for cyclists and skiers. Clean hotel with cute biking theme in great location and nice staff. AC not the best if it’s a hot day and elevator was very slow but otherwise everything else was great!"

"It was a great stay. The reception is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was somewhat simple but OK. Room is spacious and has a view of the mountains. The only drawback in our room was the toilet seat had a small crack and it hurts a bit when you stand up."
