Tres bon hotel remis au gout du jour

The location is perfect, the staff is outstanding and super friendly. The food is really ok even if people complain about it, in the comments for you and your familly it will be ok they change the menu everyday but dont expect restaurant level food. The room are huge so for family trip it is perfect.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The property itself is well maintained, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. What truly stood out was the staff ā€” they were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel very welcoming. There were, however, a few areas that could use improvement. The dining experience was below expectations, both in terms of food quality and the availability of plates during busy times, which made meals less enjoyable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor on the left side of the 4th floor, making it difficult to work or stay connected. Despite these issues, the kindness of the staff and the overall comfort of the hotel made it a nice stay. With improvements to the food service and internet connectivity, this hotel could offer an excellent experience. I would especially like to thank AndrĆ©s from the bar for his excellent service throughout our stay. His recommendations were spot on, and his friendly, attentive approach made our experience even more enjoyable. The experience for the kids was outstanding ā€” truly top quality and highly recommended for families.

Generalmente un hotel recomendable, el personal de recepciĆ³n estupendo, a la habitaciĆ³n que nos asignaron no le funcionaba la calefacciĆ³n y bajo cero en Andorra hace frĆ­o, pero lo comunicamos y nos buscaron otra rĆ”pidamente. El restaurante no tiene un bufet muy amplio pero de sabor muy bien, nuestra hija pequeƱa no como casi de nada y nos hicieron una tortilla francesa. Chambres trĆØs grandes et balcon agrĆ©able; pour le reste, pas vraiment le niveau d'un 4*: pas de clim (il a fait trĆØs chaud pendant notre sĆ©jour, et nous avons eu chaud la nuit malgrĆ© la fenĆŖtre grande ouverte), peu d'articles d'hygiĆØne (2 bonnets de douche, 2 x 3 mouchoirs), non renouvelĆ©s quand on s'en est servi!. Ne pensez pas avoir Ć  coup sĆ»r vue montagne, notre chambre donnait sur l'arriĆØre de l'hĆ“tel, donc vue sur des arbres. La partie restauration est dĆ©cevante, beaucoup de surgelĆ©, toujours les mĆŖmes plats (boulettes, ragoĆ»t avec de la viande dure, poĆŖlĆ©e de lĆ©gumes pas assez cuits, gĆ¢teaux industriels insipides...), aucun plat typique d'Ansorre. Nos dieron una habitaciĆ³n en la ultima planta y al no disponer de aire acondicionado el calor era insoportable. Las vistas de la habitaciĆ³n no son a montanĢˆa, tal y como dice la publicidad, esa habitaciĆ³n tenĆ­a un balcĆ³n pegado a matorrales. En positivo tengo que decir que la habitaciĆ³n era amplia y limpia. El desayuno tipo buffette, pero muy muy superable. Hay un bar en el hall del hotel, pero no puedes tomar ni un bocadillo. El par de veces que fuĆ­ para tomar algo no habĆ­a nadie. No repetirĆ­a ni lo aconsejarĆ­a.

Hotel good but service questionable

Overall hotel good but questionable service especially when it came to paying for breakfast and dinner. I left a credit card at the front desk which the receptionist assured me it would be used at the end to total everything. But the staff in the restaurant accused me of not paying. It was also very expensive given the food overall was not that great. Also given that it is a 4 star hotel there were only the most basic alcohols in the bar - I would expect more given that this hotel isnā€™t that cheap. Room overall was good though.

Genuine Ski In and Ski Out

There were many positives to our stay - the location is perfect, right next to the lift, ski hire is below the hotel, the lockers are great, the rooms are modern and comfortable, the bar is good and staff are v friendly and helpful. We went half board - I am Vegan and the family are vegetarian . at both Morning and Evening buffet , the main dishes were usually 2x meat and 2x fish and veggie dishes were sides - so most evening meals were putting side orders together to make a meal. Given there was vegan pizza on the bar menu, the lack of focus on Vegetarian dishes was out of step with many hotels. So whilst the food was a good standard, it lacked imagination and thought (I saw a lot of people removing meat from pasta sauces for instance). Also, its not made clear that the spa is an extra
