"This is an excellent hotel in a good location. Staff is friendly but not always attentive. Room was kept clean but the floor needed to be vacuumed more. Mattress needed to be replaced. Breakfast was top notch. I would recommend this property & wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "

"It was not what I expected, the property doesn’t look I like the photos. I looked for an air conditioning place, and the first day, the air “wasn’t working”, the control remote was not in the room and they brought it the next day because I asked for, I have to open the window and close it right away, so the bugs don’t come inside, so it was a very unpleasant first day. The iron was not working either, and the hairdryer smell like "

"Beautiful setting with nice peaceful surroundings and great views, but what was even better was the incredibly friendly service and staff and the easy atmosphere. The hotel restaurant was very good, and the hotel breakfast was remarkably good (great variety, really good basic items and regional specialties). Totally worth the extra drive up into the mountains (which was actually only a few minutes past Trento)."

Having confirmed parking is a major plus in an area where parking is hard to come by. I stayed in the studio apartment and the pullout bed was surprisingly comfortable. I would recommend nine rooms.
