"I have stayed at this property maybe three times. I intended to stay 21 days but unfortunately after one week I became sick and had to fly back home. The hotel staff was very attentive. Upon my return, I was issued a prompt refund. I would stay there again."

"This institution is professional, kind, always there for their guests. I have no complaint, everything was perfect. Room service was great, the pool and spa area was great. The bar staff were efficient. The front office people were super helpful in setting up taxis. The breakfast was amazing. We had just come back from climbing Huayna Potosi and despite looking like backpackers the staff all treated us like their best clients. We were charmed by the place and woukd highly recommebd it to anyone...

"Ótima! Do momento que cheio até o momento da saída. Café da manhã muito bom, atendimento excepcional, limpeza excelente, ótima localização. Hotel não tem serviço de quarto ou restaurante mas, a recepção de ajuda a pedir o Ifood da cidade. Eles te ajudam com comida, táxi, sugestões...o que vc precisar. Próximo ao teleférico para ter uma vista maravilhosa da cidade! Eu voltaria com certeza!"
