A great place to stay

We always stay at Ibis Valladolid on our travels. The staff are super-friendly and efficient. The hotel is very comfortable with a good restaurant. A great place to stay for on the road journeys.

One of our favourite hotels.

We use the Ibis Valladolid regularly. This visit we found they were refurbishing the lobby and restaurant, due to be completed end of November 2023. Despite the works, we were accommodated for dinner and breakfast as normal. The hotel is comfortable and the staff are excellent. We will return next year.

Hotel was generally good but no grounds to speak of so walking the dog was not a particularly pleasant experience. Food and drink well priced but burger was raw.

A great choice of hotel for travellers.

We have stayed here a few times already and were happy to stay again. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. We use an accessible room which suits our needs. The restaurant offers a small but varied menu which we enjoyed for dinner and a good buffet for breakfast. All in all, an excellent value-for-money hotel in an ideal position for our travels through Spain.

Highly recommended.

Our accessible room request was noted and granted. The staff are extremely efficient and obliging. We have multiple reservations at the Ibis in Valladolid and find it to be an excellent choice on our travels from north to south Spain.

Functional hotel for overnight stop Next to large warehouse so lots of trucks moving around in early hours But clean and comfortable Breakfast was poor no hot food But you get what you pay for

Check-in! I was invited to check in online prior to our arrival, this i did believing it would mean a quick check in on our arrival. I spent several minutes completing this, using my limited data allowance. On arrival no account of the online check in was taken and we had to spend several minutes completing registration - a complete waste of time Also parking is limited and exposed as the hotel is situated in an industrial area with no security

Downward slide.

You asked a out check in. Did it online made no difference had to do it all again at the desk. ?? Girl on reception lovely but short staffed and obviously stressed. Waited 20 mins to be served by blinkered waitress. Ended up with two drinks from receptionist and more appologies wont be back.

Going downhill!

Stayed here several times prior to covid, this visit was an unpleasant surprise. Bedroom showing signs of age and water leakage stains on ceiling. Reception and dining areas looked dirty with dirt and grease smeared on ceiling tiles and a general feeling of neglect. Evening meal and breakfast again were a disappointment with an increase in price and a definite reduction in choice, quality and amount, It appears that the hotel is trying to recoup losses by reducing standards, We will think twice before we stay here again, not the worst hotel we've stayed in but definitely going downhill
