They charge me extra for providing a king size bed. My reservation had it included but the hotel said that it was a mistake by expedia and that they dont advertise king beds.They charge extra. I ended up paying out of pocket 100.00 dollars for the 5 days I was there.I'll never go back to this Hotel.

It was a nice surprise. Did not expect to be so pleased as it was merely a one night stop in Valladolid to do some sightseeing around on my way to Chichen-Itzá. Clean sheets, nice towels and our room had to medium beds. We were two adults and two children. We had hot water and there was a kitchenet. If you plan to cook you do need to bring in your pans. The provide you with cutlery and some glasses and cups. Continental breakfast was Ok and it is served in the pool area.

Ich war insgesamt zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind teils renoviert, die Außenanlage mit Pool sehr schön. Insbesondere die Beleuchtung nachts ist toll. Das inkludierte Frühstück war für mich ausreichend, bei Bedarf kann man es kostenpflichtig upgraden. Gute Lage zur Innenstadt.Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hervorragend.

Wow, this hotel was amazing! Lovely room, very clean! The staff really made this stay special for us, they were so attentive and helpful. We would love to stay again. We loved that the staff were very nice. The housekeeping staff keep things spotless. The breakfast included was a healthy start to your day. Tale of two hotels

The Hotel and Suites Country has 2 locations located across the street from each other. There is an older section which includes the reception desk, parking lot, and older rooms. Then a new building across the street with a restaurant, swimming pool, and new facilities. My stay was for one night and we were put in the older building. I was able to park my car in the lot but we arrived around 2:30 pm. I noticed the lot filled up quickly and guests arriving after 6 were out of luck and had to find street parking. The older building is going under renovations/remodeling. Construction noise starts around 8am and lasts until 4 or 5. The outside of the older building looks nice and freshly painted. Inside my room it was very dated. The bathroom reminded me so much of the locker room from my junior high school in the 1970's. Had a very small kitchen but a decent size room. The room was noisy due to being close to the road and some neighboring rooms packed with 4 or 5 people. Swimming pool is gorgeous and clean. Free breakfast is fruit, yogurt, granola, and coffee or juice. Small but adequate, you can order more off the menu. Staff was very pleasant. Carlos our waiter at breakfast was amazing. My advice if you are going to say here is make sure you are reserved in the new building or wait until the remodeling is done on the older building. My stay was in November 2021.

Muy buen hotel

La experiencia fue muy buena, la limpieza estuvo excelente, la cama estuvo muy cómoda, nadie nos molesto durante la estancia, el desayuno estuvo rico además de que el staff fue muy atento, sin embargo el microondas no funcionaba, una lámpara para lectura de un lado de la cama no servía, el agua caliente solo nos sirvió durante las primeras horas de nuestra estancia el resto de la estancia no tuvimos agua caliente, la cuál si nos hizo falta.

La verdad la habitación es vieja, tiene grietas en el techo y en las paredes, además de hormigas en la habitación e inclusive hasta en el baño, y cuando limpiaron la habitación nos dejaron sin toallas en el baño así que no recomiendo, lamentable servicio

El hotel muy bien, la dueña un poco inaccesible, un familiar tuvo un percance por lo que sangro e incluso tuvimos que asistir al hospital y quería cobrar una tarifa de limpieza extra de la propina que se había proporcionado a los empleados del hotel, las toallas y sábanas ya muy viejas
