This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The upkeep to the grounds was impressive and the rooms were romantic and thoughtful. I left my phone behind and when I realized it they already head it at the desk trying to reach me. Great service and great nights sleep.

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel and were not disappointed at all. Staff and food were excellent. The rooms are well design.. Location of the hotel is not in central however one can walk safety.

Very nice hotel in walking distance to everything in the center of Valladolid. Beautiful CLEAN rooms with great space. Very hospitable and helpful staff and a great restaurant as well.

We stayed here for a night while visiting Oxman and Suytun cenotes. Staff is quick and polite. Small beautiful place in this small town with great garden view, relaxing, super clean, the bed is nice and comfortable. I would highly recommend to spend a night here if you want to explore cenotes and ruins before drive back to tulum.

Best hotel in town

What a beautiful hotel! The moment we walked in (well before check in after a long morning of travel), we were welcomed by Stephanie at the front desk with a smile. She allowed to store our luggage and relax at the cozy pool until our room was ready. We had lunch in the restaurant- delicious. We were shown to our room and absolutely loved each detail such as hammock, cookies, comfy bed and pillows, robes, a portable speaker and sliding door to the pool. The manager Eduardo was so helpful and welcoming as were the restaurant staff. The location is about 6 blocks from the center square. Everything is walkable from the hotel. We will gladly stay again if we return to Valladolid. As a comparison, we have now checked into an all inclusive at the beach for 4x the price, it doesn’t compare at all and we want to go back to Olbil!
