"New concept hotel. One or two teething issues eg electronic door key number pad went down with a technical fault and fire alarm in another room caused a panic for a few minutes. We asked for a quiet room and that is what we had so no complaints. Only one pillow each on arrival which is surprising but they promptly found 2 more. Overall good value and a large supermarket just a few minutes walk away."

We have stayed at many 5 star hotels and the staff at this hotel were genuinely happy to help and always greeting you with warmth and a smile.
