Very nice location, steps away from the Valencia church and lots of restaurants but the hotel itself is in a quiet location. Room conditions are not perfect, However acceptable.

Was traveling in Spain for 10 days, we visited 3 different hotels during our vacation and this one was BY FAR the BEST hotel we stayed at! Very spacious, clean, in the center near tons of food and was just overall very convenient.

Check in was smooth, and the room was nice. Unfortunately we experienced problems with the shower as no water was coming out. We reported the problem and the staff was very helpful and provided us with a solution. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice and clean.

Loved Valencia in December!

The location of the hotel Calle Samaniego 20 is excellent! It’s in the old town making it close to the historical sights. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops in the area. We even walked to the City of Arts and Sciences. Enjoyed Valencia very much. Christmas lights made it even prettier at night.

This hotel was excellent for our stay in Valencia. It was tucked away in a tiny side street that was just steps from various plazas, shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The woman who was at the front desk when we arrived was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and very neat! Our young son loved getting to sleep in the little loft. We would absolutely consider staying again.

Ok, but wouldn’t stay again

Pros Location - easy walking to most attractions Beautiful building and lobby Nice front desk staff Cons Room was very small and uncomfortable. There was barely any room to open one suitcase. No suitcase stand. No table/side table, just a chair. There was no mini fridge. Shower is tiny and very awkward to use, every time you turn around you end up turning the water knob. No window - it was covered by film and made the room very dark. AC didn’t work when we arrived, they were able to fix it quickly, but it didn’t really cool the room well.

De locatie is uitstekend, heel centraal in het oude centrum en op loopafstand van veel highlights, leuke winkelstraatjes en horeca. De kamer zelf is vrij eenvoudig, maar voldoet. Minpuntjes; heel gehorig en de douche is aan een opknapbeurt toe. Het personeel is beleefd, maar niet echt hartelijk. Pluspunten; ze regelen op verzoek je vervoer en we konden eerder dan de officiële inchecktijd de kamer in. Er is geen ontbijt mogelijk of andere diensten, maar de basale service is verder prima.

¡No gastes tu dinero! Un hotel muy malo, una decepción total. El cuarto de hotel que nos proporcionaron se veía que no lo limpiaban desde hace mucho tiempo. Mucho polvo, se podía ver por los conductos del aire acondicionado que no cambian los filtros o no son limpios. Uno de los aires acondicionados tenía una gotera, lo reportamos y nos dijeron que lo más que podían hacer era darnos toallas. Cosa que después dejo un mal olor en el cuarto por toda la estadía. Ni siquiera nos dieron una cubeta. Uno de los aires acondicionados hacía muchísimo ruido. El cuarto no tiene nevera y el telefono a recepción no funciona, y los televisores son muy viejos. ¿Qué más les puedo decir? Creo que los demás comentarios son falsos.

Prima kamer met een klein buitenruimte. Wat we wel misten was een waterkoker om thee of koffie te maken op de kamer omdat dit in het hotel niet verkrijgbaar is.

Zentral gelegen aber sehr hellhörig

Das Hotel ist nicht ganz so leicht zu finden, es ist zwar super zentral, jedoch etwas versteckt in einer Seitenstrasse. DerEmpfangan der Rezeption war eher distanziert. Das Zimmer war riesig mit zwei Doppelbetten auf zwei Ebenen. Wir entschieden uns für das untere, was sich leider als Fehler herausstellte, es war kein Doppelbett sondern zwei Einzelbetten auf Rollen, die immer wieder auseinander rutschten. An der Decke waren Wasserflecken zu sehen. Jedoch das Schlimmste waren die Laufgeräusche von Tieren unter der Decke, wo wir nicht identifizieren konnten, von welchen Vierbeinern diese stammten. Generell ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig, was unsere Nachtruhe sehr einschränkte. Für uns also insgesamt eher eine Enttäuschung.
