Great place to stay. We had 1 bed appartment with 2 single beds in large living space which was good for 2 adults and and 2 kids. Easy to get to on metro then tram (end of line 8 - Neptu) or 95 bus that goes to science/aquarìum. Would stay again.

Great location, overlooking the beach. The apartment is over many restaurants and the supermarket is only a ahort walk away. The apartment has a great layout and was super quiet to sleep despite its central location, it is very spacious. The virtual check in and communication with the staff was very easy - it was the first time we had checked in this way. There is a tram stop very close by that you can use to go to old town, the airport etc. Would definitely recommend this apartment when staying in Valencia.

Lovely little place, right in the beach, we had the balcony/terrace. Lovely spot. Could do with more furniture for terrace/balcony, but not a complaint more just feedback. Communication at the start and how to get in etc… was a bit slow.

Good view of beach, but not really a patio. Easy access getting in. No problem getting around on public transport. Faced the beach which is what we wanted. Very basic kitchen, but enough to get by for a couple days breakfasts.

perfect location, 30 seconds away from the beach and many restaurants. very bad support from the staff, overcommunicative before the check-in and totally absent after that. As soon as we arrived we notified that a pillow was missing at has never been delivered within 4 days of stay

Beautiful apartment on the sea

The apartment itself is well located, clean & spacious for 3 guests. The only reason why 5 stars weren’t given was due to the aircon not working at its best in 30c+ temperatures. A few standing fans would be highly recommended.

Roomy apartment very close to the beach. Unfortunately, the air conditioner didn’t work well and opening the windows resulted in a lot of mosquito bites. Don’t expect to get a good nights rest here.

La habitación estaba sin aire acondicionado y en sustitución había un pingüino y un ventilador, que hacían un ruido insoportable. Como el pingüino vaciaba en un cubo, en la habitación había mosquitos y moscas, por lo que era muy incómodo y nos llevamos picaduras de los mosquitos. Pesimo

No se los recomiendo que renten ahi ellos piden deposito y busca cualquier cosa para no de volverte el deposito, quueren quedarse con el deposito por algo de limpieza, yo viajo por todo el mundo y es la primera ves q me quieren cobrar por por una limpieza, no renten ahi para q no pasen mal rato

ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia, l’appartamento ha tutto ciò che serve, anche la posizione ottima e’ proprio sul corso che porta alla spiaggia …i miei figli scendevano tranquillamente da soli . Tutto intorno ci sono ristoranti e centro commerciale nelle vicinanze, anche i parcheggi ce ne sono tanti intorno e liberi senza fascia oraria . L’unico appunto asciugamani per doccia piccoli per il resto tutto perfetto

Sobre este alojamiento puedo decir que hubiera sido excelente si se hubieran cumplido los requisitos que realmente eran importantes: Cuando entré al apartamento fui al baño y me encontré con que el lavabo estaba roto no se iba el agua y también había crías de cucarachas, tuve que escribir al dueño y decírselo y enviaron a un técnico para arreglar el lavabo y poner trampas para cucarachas. El espacio entre la cama y la pared para poder pasar al otro lado del apartamento era pequeño y no podía pasar con mi silla de ruedas donde estaba el salón y la cocina, mi pareja tenía que coger mi silla de ruedas y subir la silla por encima de la cama para yo poder pasar al otro lado de la casa con lo cual yo no estaba satisfecho, les dije de cambiar de alojamiento por lo de las cucarachas y el problema para yo poder moverme por el alojamiento y no fue posible. La entrada al apartamento era a las 16 de la tarde y la salida a las 12 de la mañana.... Con lo cual se me quita tiempo de estancia al alojamiento. Un día antes contactan conmigo para preguntarme qué a qué hora tenía pensado salir, cuando ellos saben que mi hora de salida era a las 12, fue un poco desagradable porque fue como si me metieran prisa para irme. Espero que para un futuro mejoren y se pueda hacer mejor y más agradable la estancia.

Veldig fornøyd med leiligheten. Bildene viser akkurat hvordan leiligheten/utsikten er. Leiligheten ligger rett ved stranden og det ligger mange restauranter rett rundt hjørnet. Buss-stopp ligger også rett i nærheten
