"The apartments are in a great location across for the Turia gardens and not far from the science museum park. The reception team were really helpful when we emailed ahead of our trip, and we found the option to leave luggage at the building before our check in and after check out a real bonus. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Very modern and clean with everything we needed for our stay. The only issue we found was noise from the street at times was loud."

The good restaurants, bars and supermarkets of Vilajoyosa are a short drive away so a car is very helpful as getting an uber or taxi can take a while. We loved our stay! "

"They advertise a water park when in reality it's just the use of the local municipal pool down the road. The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. I arrived back at the room at 22.30 at night to find the bathroom roof collapsed and workmen in the room. "Reservation made 12 ago and specifically asked for a quiet room- given a room above school with kids shouting. They allocated me after argument to a mother room opposite a wall no view or light but a quiet so I agreed. The next day I have put the cleaning sing on door and left for a day trip - returned 5 pm and I was the only room that has end been cleaned - terrible attitude. Hotel is well located on beach and breakfast was good "

"We stayed here for a few nights during our month long France/Spain vacation. This was by far our fav hotel we stayed at during our vacation. The hotel is amazing but really it’s the friendly and helpful staff that make this place feel like home away from home. The location on the beach is beautiful and close to many wonderful restaurants. The only thing we could think of that might need attention is they moved together two twin beds in our room to make a king bed for us. The beds were on rollers. They were not secured so everyday the beds were rolling around the room each time we sat on them or laid on them. This was quite annoying. We enjoyed a wonderful spa treatments and the in-house restaurant and morning breakfast in stellar. We will seek out this company from now on! "
