"We spent two weeks there. Our room was clean and spacious , plenty of storage for our clothes. AC worked well in the summer heat. They would bring new towels and clean the room every 3 days. Internet was a bit slow at times. Location is amazing, walking distance from shops , restaurants and metro. My room was on the 4th floor and I had a view on Gran Via, which was nice. Unfortunately other rooms have a horrible view on an abandoned terrace. They have 1 industrial washer and 1 industrial...
