I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment adjacent to the inn. I had a fabulous time but wished the restaurant was open for dinner although the front desk helped order me a pizza that was delivered. I will definitely return as it’s a lovely place to stay and spa.
Stunning hotel in an incredible location, with phenomenal views. The spa is amazing and huge. Breakfasts were fabulous and the rooms in the new building are really spectacular. Can’t fault it in any way.
I stayed in the apartment building for two nights and the overall experience exceeded my expectations! Stunning property, the rooms are beautiful and very convenient! The staff was incredible from check in to check out! I highly recommend visiting this place
Beautiful property, great breakfast and happy hour, very nice rooms and great pools and spa areas.
Would be nice to have water to drink more available outside in the pool areas. I only saw hot tea. I brought my own water bottle. Also, tissues in the rooms would be nice so I would not have to use toilet paper, and refill the shower jel daily. We got only one tub for two nights and after two showers that was gone. I am sure you would have sent one up if I called but I would think it would be refilled daily . Also, wine glasses or two glasses that are not paper to have wine in at night. You provide a corkscrew but it is not good to drink wine from a small paper cup.
Overall a wonderful experience and awesome spa! Loved our two days there. Just relaxed and enjoyed the spa areas and pools.
What an amazing place. Close for driving passes and easy to get into Bormio. Were initially booked for 2 days but added an extra one on arrival. The spa is definitely a must do. The most impressive one I’ve ever visited.
My daughter and I stayed here in late April. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and our room was clean, spacious and welcoming.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the restaurant staff were perfect.
We did the spa and massage and the facilities were amazing.
We are leaving feeling refreshed and ready to continue our travels.
Beautiful old school grand hotel. Would be perfect for a weekend getaway.
I was passing through, just a one night last minute booking. The hotel had a wedding booked so the restaurant and bar were closed. The hotel staff messaged me ahead of time to warn me, but I didn’t receive in time. Unfortunately, there is nothing within walking distance. It would have been nice if they offered room service or to send a bottle of wine to the room. It all worked out.
The sauna and thermal areas were very nice and clean.
2nd stay at the hotel, last time was 2 years ago. The hotel is beyond beautiful, the aperetivo is the most fun twist and the pools/spa/sauna are beyond imagine.
The breakfast was super rich - however, no options at all for vegan individuals. Everything is pastries, yogurt, cheese, eggs and meat. The only vegan thing was a basket of fruit - but no vegetables. When we did ask the waitress for some, she said the kitchen could fix us a salad for an additional fee. Really unfortunate, as everything else was perfect.
Very relaxing spot and will certainly return. Breakfast was excellent with home baked goods, freshly cooked breakfast, muesli and many other choices. Make sure you book a place at the restaurant in advance, as this was fully booked when we arrived, with the only option available to drive back down to Bormio.
One of my all time favourite hotels. It is a unique property with grand architecture of the 1830’s when it was built and majestic views. The pools are delightful, food excellent and the service was superb. I stayed 7 nights and enjoyed it all.
